Welcome to Scented Stories Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any experience or making a purchase.

2. Services

Scented Stories Studio offers bespoke fragrance creation experiences, workshops, gift cards, and related products. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Rescheduling

By booking a session, your card will be charged 48 hours before your session. Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows are charged in full.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to availability of experiences at the time of redemption.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Scented Stories Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Liability

While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Scented Stories Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance materials. Participants are advised to inform us of any known allergies prior to their session.
